From ambience to the platter... the cultural diversity of the country will be reflected in a unique way. Dressed in region-specific attire, the staff will serve a lunch and dinner buffet which will include authentic flavours from across the country. What is more, jugalbandhi music will also be performed. Clippings from patriotic films/songs will also be screened at dinner time. Oh, what a way to celebrate freedom!
