Kirti Chakra for two

NEW DELHI, AUG. 14. A young Dogra Regiment Captain, Pankaj Dhyani, and a Corporal, Akhilesh Mishra, have been awarded Kirti Chakra, the nation's second highest peace time award, for exceptional bravery during counter-insurgency operations in Jammu and Kashmir.
