16 killed in floods, landslips
SHIMLA, AUG. 15. Sixteen people were killed in landslips and
floods, triggered by incessant rain in Chamba district of
Himachal Pradesh since last evening, official reports said.
Landslips were also reported from many parts of the State,
causing traffic blockade.
