By Our Staff Reporter

NEW DELHI, AUG.18. The senior Hurriyat Conference leader, Mr. Yaseen Malik, was today granted bail by a Delhi court in a TADA case. The Additional Sessions Judge, Mr. V.K. Jain, had sent him to judicial custody on August 13 when he appeared before the court following an arrest warrant.

The warrant followed Mr. Malik failing to appear before it on two occasions when statements of two prosecutions witnesses had to be recorded.
