National \| Previous \| Next 15 ultras among 20 killed SRINAGAR, AUG. 19. Twenty persons, including 15 ultras, were killed in militancy-related incidents in Jammu and Kashmir since last night, where militants made an abortive attempt to target a police station, official sources said today. Police launched an operation in Sidahara of Poonch district last evening and gunned down four militants in the ensuing encounter.
