Southern States \| Previous \| Next Mohan Babu's appeal dismissed By Our Legal Correspondent HYDERABAD, AUG 24. A Division Bench of the AP High Court, comprising Mr. Justice B.Subhashan Reddy and Mr. Justice P.S.Narayana, on Friday dismissed an appeal filed by Dr.Mohan Babu, cine actor, challenging the order of the single judge who had dismissed a company petition filed by him seeking winding up of Heritage Foods Company wherein the cine actor and family members of the Chief Minister hold shares. Dr. Mohan Babu filed the company petition on various grounds, including suppression of minority shareholders and violation of various statutory provisions.
