CBI gets Bofors papers
By Our Special Correspondent
NEW DELHI, AUG. 28. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on
Mondayreceived the translated version of documents from Sweden
relating to the Bofors pay-off case, well-placed sources said.
Sources said the documents could reveal some aspects of the pay-
offs trail.
The documents had reached the CBI in April following discussions
with the Swedish authorities. The Sources said the documents were
being scrutinised and it was premature to say if any action based
on them would be taken.
