Agnihotri calls on Brajesh

NEW DELHI, AUG. 28. The Centre's newly-appointed point man for
dealing with Indians in the United States, Mr. B.K. Agnihotri,
today called on the Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister,
Mr. Brajesh Mishra, and the Foreign Secretary, Ms. Chokila Iyer.
Mr. Agnihotri is here for consultations and is expected to meet
the Prime Minister, Mr. Atal Behari Vajpayee, and the External
Affairs Minister, Mr. Jaswant Singh. A law specialist and an
``insider'' in the ``Friends of BJP in the U.S.'', Mr. Agnihotri
is expected to function from New York.
