AIIMS strike called off
NEW DELHI, AUG. 28. Medical services were resumed at the All
India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) this afternoon after
six days of crisis caused by strike by the resident doctors and
an agitation by the employees.
The strike was called off following a High Court directive
yesterday to restore normality in the institute within 36 hours.
