Pak. misusing Islam: India

DURBAN, SEPT. 3. A day after Pakistan raked up the Kashmir issue at the ongoing World Conference Against Racism, India today hit back charging Islamabad with misusing Islam by `blatantly' terming cross-border terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir as a holy war.

Reacting to the statement of the Pakistan Foreign Minister, Mr. Abdul Sattar, the Minister of State for External Affairs, Mr. Omar Abdullah, said Islamabad was only attempting to vitiate efforts aimed at creating a conducive atmosphere for a dialogue.
