DURBAN, SEPT. 3. Pakistan today said it would continue to raise the Kashmir issue in international platforms till substantial progress is made towards resolving it.

``The Kashmir problem is a reality and let us face it,'' Mr. Munir Akram, Pakistan's permanent representative at Geneva told PTI here.

He was responding to a question whether there had been some understanding reached between India and Pakistan that Islamabad would desist from raising it at international fora.
