Net4India unveils dial-up packages
CHENNAI: Net4India, a leading internet service provider, has
introduced dial-up accounts in the limited and unlimited
categories. Targeted at all kinds of users, it will allow people
widen their business opportunities by making use of other co-
related services offered by the company. Under the dial-up
packages two types of services - Diet pack and dream pack are
available targeting students and users who need unlimited time
driven packages.
Landmark Infotech ties up with U.S. firm
CHENNAI: Landmark Infotech Systems and Solutions (LIFTSS), a
leading IT solutions provider and a part of the Landmark group,
has tied up with the U.S.-based Project Management Institute
(PMI) to offer practical project management and implementation
course. With this tie-up LIFTSS becomes the registered education
partner of PMI in India. The course is suitable for other
industries such as engineering and construction, according to a
company release.
Portal for exporters
HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad-based Abuno Technologies has developed a
unique B2B logistics management web portal, OptFreight.com for
exporters. It links exporters with freight forwarders and
airlines, providing exporters access to a plethora of options,
thereby optimising routing and costing. Mr. Ramdev, Managing
Director, and Mrs. S. Madhavi Mala, director, said during two
months of soft launch, the site facilitated 250 international
shipments of cargo. Freight costs account for almost 40 per cent
of total cost of exported goods, and the site facilitates auction
and best possible price thereby reducing landed costs to the
extent possible.
MRO-TEK opens office in New Delhi
CHENNAI: The Bangalore-based MRO-TEK, a leading networking and
last mile access solutions provider, has announced the opening of
its New Delhi office at International Trade Towers, Nehru Place.
The new facility will support the company's marketing plans and
provide service and support to customers across northern and
eastern India. ``With the opening of Delhi office, the lead-time
to provide services and support to our customers will drastically
reduce and increase overall efficiency in the northern region,
says Mr. S. Narayanan, Chairman & Managing Director, MRO-TEK in a
release.
