NEW DELHI, SEPT. 6. The management consultant Mckinsey and Company today presented the Prime Minister, Mr. Atal Behari Vajpayee, with a report which details the problems afflicting the Indian economy and suggests policy changes to speed up growth.

The study, titled `India: the growth imperative - understanding the barriers to rapid growth and employment creation', has been conducted across 13 sectors which account for 26 per cent of the country's GDP and 24 per cent of employment, Mckinsey said in a statement here.
