Army job aspirants go berserk

ARA, (Bihar), SEPT. 6. Around 200 persons and 20 policemen were injured when a mob of Army job aspirants went berserk throwing stones and brickbats while trying to force their way into the Ramna Maidan stadium here today.

The Bhojpur District Magistrate, Mr. Sudhir Kumar, said that around 25,000 youngsters, who assembled before the main gate of the stadium since early this morning to participate in the physical test, turned violent after having made to wait for hours together. They pelted stones and brickbats and ransacked a nearby survey office and damaged fire engines.
