Special trains between Tirupati, Vizag

HYDERABAD, SEPT. 10. The South Central Railway will run special
trains between Tirupati and Vishakapatnam for pilgrims attending
the annual Brahmotsavam festival of Lord Venkateshwara at
Tirupati from September 20 to 28 and from October 17 to 25.
Accordingly, the special train No. 706 Tirupati-Vishakapatnam
will depart Tirupati on September 21, 23, 25 and 28 and also on
October 18, 20, 22 and 25. In the return direction, Train No. 705
Vishakapatnam-Tirupati will depart Vishakaptnam on September 22,
24, 26 and 29 and also on October 19, 21, 23 and 26.
These special trains would consist of nine sleeper coaches, one
two-tier air-conditioned sleeper class, three general class
coaches and two second class-cum-luggage vans. The train will
stop at Renigunta, Gudur, Nellore, Kavali, Ongole, Chirala,
Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Nidadavolu, Rajahmundry,
Samalkot, Annavaram, Tuni and Anakapalli, according to a press
release.
