By Our Special Correspondent
NEW DELHI, SEPT. 13. The Indira Gandhi International airport
security system which is on high alert was put to test today with
a Mumbai-bound Sahara Airlines flight receiving an anonymous call
at 7 a.m. that a bomb was planted on board. The Bureau of
Aviation Security forces at the airport swung into action and
with the help of a caller-identity phone identified the caller.
After a thorough search of the plane nothing was found.
However, in view of the general atmosphere of scare the flight
was cancelled.
