DocuWorld India: CM to be chief guest

HYDERABAD, SEPT. 13. The Chief Minister, Mr.N.Chandrababu Naidu, will be the chief guest for DocuWorld India 2001, being held in India for the first time at Mumbai on September 19 and 20. Mr.Naidu will talk to a select gathering of Chief Executive Officers and Knowledge Managers from various industries and senior Government officials on the "Role of digital tools for good governance".

DocuWorld is a worldwide learning and knowledge sharing initiative poineered by Xerox Corporation to help customers and partners around the world explore, discover and connect to state- of-the-art digital document technology and solutions.

Mr.Naidu is the first Chief Minister in India to understand that Information Technology was strategic for the future of India in the new economy. He best exemplified the digital age, said Mr.Pedro E.Fabrega, Chairman and Managing Director of Xerox ModiCorp Limited.
