Feast of Iranian cinema
Abbas Kiarostani's "Close-Up", Mjid Majidi's "The Father",
Moshee Makhmalbof's "The Peddler" and "Abbas Kiarostani's "And
Life Goes On" are the films to be screened by the International
Cine Appreciation Forum, from September 19 to September 21, 6.15
p.m, at the Film Chamber Theatre, Mount Road. The screening of
these Iranian films is part of the Forum's attempt to bring world
cinema to discerning audiences in Chennai.
