Taliban vows to attack any aggressor

DOHA, SEPT. 25. The Taliban will target anyone who attacks Afghanistan and is ready to repel any aggression, the Afghan Deputy Defence Minister, Mullah Noor Aliotyuin, has told the Al- Jazeera satellite TV

``Whosoever attacks us or helps any attack is our enemy and we will attack him,'' he warned on the Qatari Arabic- language channel today.According to the Taliban's Defence Minister, Mullah Obaidullah, 300,000 Afghan men are being called to arms.

Al-Jazeera has denied releasing any statement of Osama, the Frontier Post reported today. The Islamabad-based correspondent of the Al-Jazeera television said he was unaware about the report and denied that his organisation had released any such statement.
