One of the institutions that has been helping students from Corporation and Government-aided schools to perform academically well is the Dr. D.S.Rajalakshmi Educational Society and Institute of Social Service.

Besides academics, the society also conducts cultural and sports activities and study tours.

Besides, Parameswari of the Corporation Girls Higher Secondary School, who is doing B.Sc (Zoology) at S.I.E.T and Srilakshmi of the same school, who went to Japan after topping "Talk your way to Japan" contest, many other students have benefited from these classes.

The society also donated camp kits to NCC students of the Corporation Boys Higher Secondary School and offers aid to poor girls studying in Standard XII.

Free training
