Fort and garden

Sir, - Though both the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, Mr. O. Paneerselvam, and Ms. Jayalalithaa insist it is a `temporary' measure, it would be an interesting wait to watch what the `permanent' change would be. Now the `Garden' has got all the makings of the `Fort'.
