Muddying a quagmire
Sir, - This has reference to your Editorial, ``Muddying a
quagmire'' (Sept. 27). Any further delay or hesitation in
reviving the Dabhol Power Project will put our country in poor
light in the international financial sphere.
The credibility and credit-worthiness built over several years
should not be consigned to cynical criticisms by carelessness and
corrupt political smugness. Honouring our commitment at any cost
would pave the way for a better future.
S. Srimoolanathan,
Chennai
