Defence Pension Adalat in Dec.

HYDERABAD, OCT. 2. A Defence Pension Adalat will be held here by the Ministry of Defence during the last week of December for spot redressal of grievances of those who draw their pension from the Defence Pension Disbursement Officer (DPDO), Hyderabad, DPDO, Secunderabad, treasuries, sub-treasuries and all public sector banks of Andhra Pradesh.

Defence pensioners and family pensioners, having grievance relating to sanction, disbursement and remittance of their pensions, may submit triplicate written applications to the Adalat Officer, c/o the DPDO, Masab Tank, Hyderabad-28, by October 15, according to a press release.

The applications must include regimental number/ IC number, Rank and group in which pensioned, name of record office or head office, TS/PS number allotted by DPDO/Treasury, name of the bank branch through which pension is drawn, savings bank account number, PPO number given by the Pension Sanctioning Authority, full address of the pensioner with pin code, specific nature of grievance and any additional details.
