Boje, Dippenaar recalled
JOHANNESBURG, OCT. 8. The South African selectors recalled left
arm spinner Nicky Boje for the next two matches of the Standard
Bank Tri-series against India at The Centurion on October 10 and
against Kenya in Kimberly on October 14.
Boje has come in place of Claude Henderson, who bowled well in
the three one-day internationals against Zimbabwe, but conceded
37 runs against Kenya in Benoni on Sunday.
Boeta Dippenaar returns to the side with Charl Langeveldt, who
was hit on his follow through by a Yuveraj Singh shot in the
India-South Africa `A' warm up match in Benoni.
The home team's selectors will meet in Kimberly next Sunday to
pick the team for the rest of the series.
The team: Shaun Pollock (captain), Gary Kirsten, Herschelle
Gibbs, Jacques Kallis, Neil McKenzie, Jonty Rhodes, Mark Boucher,
Lance Klusener, Makhaya Ntini, Andre Nel, Nicky Boje, Justin
Kemp, Charl Langeveldt, Boeta Dippenaar.
