Tribunal on SIMI ban

NEW DELHI, OCT. 10. The Centre has constituted a tribunal to adjudicate the ban on the Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI).

Headed by Mr. Justice S.K. Agarwal, a sitting Delhi High Court judge, it will adjudicate whether or not there is sufficient reason for declaring the SIMI as an ``unlawful association.''
