New comedy from Kamal
SHOOTING WAS in full swing for Media Dreams's ``Pammal K.
Sambandam, at the Vasan bungalow opposite the Music academy.
Director Mouli said, "This film is different, with a message.
Kamal Haasan has done a different kind of comedy character. The
story revolves round a young man (Kamal Haasan), who is against
marriage. His friend Abbas falls in love with Sneha and marries
her. But there are problems. Kamal Haasan gives Abbas ideas and
Simran is Sneha's advisor. Do they meet and what happens?
Mouli is returning to Tamil films after nearly 15 years.Till now
Kamal Haasan has done his own stunt scenes. But in this film he
is a dupe who does stunt acts for the heroes and Simran is a
doctor by profession. Manivannan, Ramesh Khanna, Vaiyapuri,
Unnikrishnan, Kuyili, M.N.Rajam, Nithya, Sriman, Ravichandran and
Charlie are in the cast. Camera is handled by Saravanan, music is
scored by Deva, art is by G.K., dialogue is written by `Crazy'
Mohan, editing is done by Kasi Viswanathan and stills are by
Suresh Merlin. Songs have been penned by Vaale, Pa.Vijai and
kabilon. choreography is by Brinda, Tharun and Ashok. Story,
screenplay and direction are by Mouli.
