Unlucky
Sir, - Madhavrao Scindia was among the few young leaders who
commanded respect from the general public, media and leaders of
different political parties with opposing ideologies. India has
been unlucky to lose its third such leader in the recent times,
after Rajesh Pilot and P. Kumaramangalam.
Madhu Agrawal,
Delhi

Sir, - In the demise of Madhavrao Scindia, the nation has lost a
politician par excellence and a generous human being. His
untimely death is not only an irreparable loss to the Congress
but the entire political firmament. He ceaselessly worked for his
party and the uplift of the poor. The void caused by his death
cannot be filled.
J. Suresh,
Chennai
