Microsoft strikes deal
WASHINGTON, NOV. 1. Lawyers representing the U.S. Govt. and
Microsoft have reached a tentative settlement of the anti-trust
case against the software giant. The settlement would give
computer makers greater freedom to include rival software in the
PCs they sell.
