Six newly-born infants, aged between one day to three days, died in the King George's Medical College here during the last 24-hours due to shortage of oxygen cylinders, their parents alleged today. Health officials at the neo-natal unit of the paediatrics department of the KGMC described the cause as ``sudden death'' in the official record.
