Al-Badr leader killed

JAMMU, NOV. 10. The security forces have gunned down the district
commander of Al-Badr in Gurdanbala area in Rajouri district of
Jammu region in the early hours today. Defence sources said the
commander, Abu Tarrar Khanan, was an Afghan and had infiltrated
recently. The documents recovered from him revealed that he had
been entrusted with the specific job of strengthening the
outfit's cadre. A large amount of ammunition and weaponry was
also recovered.
