Front Page \| Previous Probe panel's term extended By J. Venkatesan NEW DELHI, NOV. 23. The Centre today extended the term of the Justice K. Venkataswami Commission, probing the Tehelka portal's expose on corruption in defence deals, till March 23, 2002. This is the second extension given to the Commission. According to the spokesman of the Commission, Mr. P. Anand Rau, the panel had already completed recording of evidence in 13 of the 15 defence transactions. Send this article to Friends by E-Mail
