MSR wants YSR to enforce discipline

By Our Special Correspondent

HYDERABAD, NOV. 25. The APCC president, Mr. M. Satyanarayana Rao, has taken exception to the party MLA, Mr. Palvai Govardhan Reddy's outburst against the CLP leader, Dr. Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy, in connection with the latter's comments on the Pulichintala project.

Addressing a press conference, Mr. Rao warned that the manner with which some MLAs and other leaders were airing their views on controversial issues criticising the State and Central leadership would not be tolerated anymore.

He would discuss the issue with Dr. Reddy and also at a meeting of DCC presidents. He said the CLP office, of late, was being used as a forum to trade charges. The CLP leader should have taken steps not to allow such an undesirable activity on the premises of the CLP, he remarked.

Mr. Satyanarayana Rao said the party high command was also annoyed over the activities of some MLAs and found fault with `me and the CLP' for taking a lenient view of these activities. He would put a stop to this, he added.
