International \| Previous \| Next Indian election monitors arrive in Sri Lanka By Nirupama Subramanian COLOMBO, NOV. 26. A team of election monitors from India arrived here this morning on the invitation of Sri Lanka's Election Commissioner to observe the December 5 parliamentary polls.
