Indian election monitors arrive in Sri Lanka

COLOMBO, NOV. 26. A team of election monitors from India arrived here this morning on the invitation of Sri Lanka's Election Commissioner to observe the December 5 parliamentary polls.

The seven-member team is led by the Secretary, Election Commission of India, Mr. S. P. Singh.

Another election monitoring team from the EU is already here.
