New CJ for Orissa HC

NEW DELHI, NOV. 27. The President has appointed Mr. Justice Peruvemba Krishna Iyer Balasubramanyan, Judge of the Kerala High Court, to be the Chief Justice of the Orissa High Court, with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.
