Judge killed in Poonch

JAMMU, DEC. 5. The District and Sessions Judge of Rajouri, Mr. Vijay Kumar Phull, was killed when militants ambushed a private vehicle in which he was travelling at Dhanar village near Rajouri in Poonch district today.

His friend, Mr. B.K. Suri, and a personal security officer and a constable were also killed. The bodies were brought to Jammu.

Meanwhile, 27 CRPF jawans travelling in a convoy were injured when an improvised explosive device(IED) went off at Khaleni in Doda district.
