India reacts positively to Bonn outcome

NEW DELHI, DEC. 5. India today reacted favourably and positively to the decision at the Bonn talks to set up an interim administration in Afghanistan comprising 29 members representing various ethnic groups.

The Foreign Secretary, Ms. Chokila Iyer, noted that ``all the four major groups have come to a conclusion, an interim administration of 29 is to be set up and all different ethnic groups in Afghanistan will be represented on it.''
