NEW DELHI, DEC. 6. The new Ministers in the Delhi Cabinet - Mr. Ajay Maken, Mr. Deep Chand Bandhu, Mr. Haroon Yusuf and Mr. Raj Kumar Chauhan - were sworn in today but the political drama continued with the four axed Ministers boycotting the ceremony amid reports of growing dissidence in the State unit of Congress.

The Lt. Governor, Mr. Vijai Kapoor, administered the oath of office and secrecy to the Ministers at a brief ceremony held at the Raj Niwas here.

However, the Health Minister, Mr. A.K. Walia, and the Finance Minister, Mr. Mahinder Singh Saathi, who also resigned were not administered the oath as their resignations were not accepted
