Protest against atrocities on Hindus
By A Correspondent

SHIMLA, DEC. 6. The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad and some other organisations held a procession here yesterday against the ``atrocities'' committed against the Hindu community in Bangladesh.

They also submitted a memorandum to the President through the State Governor demanding ``legal immigrant'' status to Hindus who had migrated to West Bengal.

The processionists shouted slogans against the Khaleda Zia Government. They criticised the West Bengal Government for calling the Hindu migrants from Bangladesh ``unwanted entrants.''
