Vajpayee returns

NEW DELHI, DEC. 11. The Prime Minister, Mr. Atal Behari Vajpayee, returned here tonight after a five-day visit to Japan.

During the visit, the second by an Indian Prime Minister in the past ten years after Mr. P.V. Narasimha Rao, Mr. Vajpayee held wide-ranging talks with his Japanese counterpart, Mr. Junichiro Koizumi, on the global fight against terrorism. He had several interactions with the business community to impart greater economic content to bilateral relations. - PTI
