Destroy terrorist camps in Pak: VHP

MUMBAI, DEC. 14. The VHP leader, Mr. Ashok Singhal, has asked the Prime Minister, Mr. A.B. Vajpayee, to take the fight ``across the border'', like Israel, and ``uphold the nation's self-respect'' following the assault on ``India's sovereignty by terrorists who targetted Parliament''.
India should act with determination like the U.S. did after the September 11 attack on the World Trade Center, he said.
Addressing a news conference, Mr. Singhal said that those who spoke only of ``security lapses'' and not help combat the menace and opposed the POTO ``were with the enemy''.
India must destroy the terrorist training camps. It was time India snapped diplomatic ties too with Pakistan, he said.
`Depoliticise issue'
All parties should allow the Ram Janmabhoomi issue to be depoliticised so that its construction could commence as the disputed land was confined to a mere 80-ft by 40-ft plot, Mr. Ashok Singhal said.
