Flutter at PM function

NEW DELHI, DEC. 16. A minor scare was created today when a bulb burst at a school function where the Prime Minister, Mr. A.B. Vajpayee, was a special guest. He was watching a cultural programme at the Sanskriti School, where his grand-daughter studies, when the incident took place, putting the Special Protection Group guarding him on alert.

Mr. Vajpayee was startled but continued watching the event.
