SRINAGAR, DEC. 16. In the second militant attack on the BSF headquarters at Tral township in four days, a suicide squad of the Hizb-ul-Mujahideen made a bid to storm the complex this evening which was foiled by the troops who shot all the four members of the squad, a BSF spokesperson said.

Heavily armed ultras lobbed grenades and opened indiscriminate fire on BSF troops in an attempt to storm the battalion headquarters at Tral, 40 km from here, the spokesperson told PTI.

The sentry posted at the main gate of the headquarters housing the troops of 120 battalion reacted swiftly and engaged the intruders. All the four militants were killed in the gunfight.
