Opinion - Letters to the Editor

Vulnerable

Sir, - The terrorist attack on Parliament is shocking and disturbing. As your Editorial rightly pointed out, an attack of such high magnitude on the very symbol of democracy brings to light the vulnerability of India in a gamble between terrorists and nations.

When Parliament is in session, only MPs, officials and mediapersons should be allowed in. Until the proceedings are completed nobody should be permitted entry and the gates should be locked.

Sairam Sanath Kumar,

Thrissur, Kerala
