Top LeT man killed in J&K
SRINAGAR, DEC. 17. Militants shot dead three policemen and a revenue official in separate attacks in Jammu and Kashmir, where five terrorists, including an operational chief of the f Lashkar-e- Taiba, were killed and three others arrested by security forces since last night.
Militants shot dead head constable of Shergari police station, Mr. Mohinder Singh at Gonikhan here today, an official spokesman said.
Special Police Officer, Mr. Tauseef Ahmed Wani, and another person were killed in a militant attack at Awantipora in Pulwama today.
Two militants, including the operational chief of LeT, Wasim Kashmiri of Pakistan, were killed in an encounter with security forces at Kalal village in Rajouri district last night.
Two more militants fell to the bullets of the security forces at Kanthpora and in Sogam forests in Kupwara while another was killed in Badgam district last night. - PTI
