Harshad dead

MUMBAI, DEC. 31. ``Big Bull'' Harshad S. Mehta, who hit the headlines in 1992 in the wake of the multi-crore securities scam, died at the Thane civil hospital last night following a heart attack. He was 47. He is survived by his wife and two sons.
