Zaeef taken away

ISLAMABAD, JAN. 3. The former Taliban Ambassador to Pakistan, Abdul Salam Zaeef, was taken from his residence here today for questioning by Pakistani security officials, his family said.

``People, believed to be from the Intelligence services, came in two vehicles and took him to an unknown place,'' Mr. Zaeef's nephew, Hamiddullah, told AFP.
