NEW DELHI, JAN. 12. Central trade unions, including the BMS, the trade union affiliate of the Sangh parivar, today called for the observance of a ``national protest day'' on March 14 against the Government's ``anti-people, anti-worker'' policies.

``The central trade unions call upon all workers to join the above programmes en masse and prepare for further countrywide struggle, including strike actions,'' a joint press release said.
