Honouring Dhawan

Sir, - India lost a great space scientist, Satish Dhawan, who was the architect of our space programmes. It would be a fitting tribute to the great son of India - an academic par excellence, outstanding teacher, accomplished scientist, and, above all, a deeply compassionate human being - if the postal department brings out a commemorative stamp in his honour.
