Bihar Samata MLA attacked

PURNEA (BIHAR), JAN. 20. Armed miscreants attacked the vehicle of the Samata Party MLA from Dhamdaha Assembly constituency, Lessi Singh, here today, though she escaped unhurt, police said.

Ms. Singh was fired upon by motorcycle-borne assailants while returning in a jeep to her home constituency from Katihar, the SP, K.C. Surendrababu said.
