Laloo gets bail

NEW DELHI, JAN. 21. The Supreme Court today ordered the release of the two former Bihar Chief Ministers, Laloo Prasad Yadav and Jagannath Mishra, on bail, who were remanded to judicial custody a few days ago by a Ranchi Special court, in a multi-crore fodder scam case.

A Bench comprising Justice K.T. Thomas and Justice S.N. Phukan granted the bail on the same conditions imposed by the court in its December 14 last order granting bail in another fodder scam case.
